On the date of sale, the monetary funds shall be delivered to the Seller and the dog shall transfer possession to the Buyer. Any outside or other arrangements made by the Buyer and Seller will not be recognized unless stated in this agreement.

Note:

– A Non-refundable $300.00 deposit being made on the date of this agreement that will be credited towards the purchase price.
– At the time of the non-refundable deposit is made a non-refundable 50% deposit is to be included for airfare if the puppy is to be delivered out of the state.
– If the puppy is going to be picked up, the balance payment can be issued via Zelle, PayPal or Credit Card at time of pick up.If the puppy is to be delivered, payment via Zelle, PayPal or Credit Card is to be issued 24 hours prior to delivery.
– Any additional monies due like balance of airfare will be issued 24 hours prior to delivery.
– The puppy will be ready for his/her new home at 8 weeks. The seller will not allow under any circumstances that the puppy be delivered prior to his/her 8 weeks.
– A state licensed veterinary guarantees the puppy’s good bill of health and issues a Certificate of the State of Florida.
– At time of pick up or delivery the puppy will have his/her shots up to date. It is very important for the purchaser to continue with the shots as recommended and needed.
– The puppy will be de wormed.
– The puppy will include a microchip and the purchaser will be given the chip number to be able to register the puppy.
– The purchaser understands the puppy will not be exposed under any circumstances to the outside or to any other dog until all shots have been completed.
– The puppies should be protected from any harm and treated with love.
– The seller guarantees the puppies are free of any genetic defect as the parents have been tested and cleared with the Embark Test which not only indicates they are original Goldendoodles but against 200 diseases.
